We all have a few numbers that that get instantly rejected whenever they pop up on our phone. Whether it is PPI firms, road traffic accident calls, or a nuisance ex that won’t stop bothering you, there are always people out there trying to pester you with unwanted calls.
Instead of just hitting the cancel button, there are a number of ways to completely block numbers on iPhones to stop calls coming through. We will cover a range of methods that work across iPhone 7, iPhone 7 Plus, iPhone 6, iPhone 6 Plus, iPhone 5, iPhone 5s and iPhone 5c, as well as any older models running the iOS 6 and iOS 7 OS.
Contacts will not know they have been blocked, and any calls from those numbers get sent straight to voicemail. If they are persistent and decide to leave a message, it will be saved in a separate folder from your normal mail. Similarly any message sent by text or iMessage will appear to go through as normal, but you will not be able to see it.
